Nils’ K1v is a free software emulation of the 1988 Kawai K1 synthesizer, featuring an 8-bit synthesis engine with four sound sources per voice. It includes 968 Single and 384 Multi presets, combining factory banks and ROM card content. The plugin supports 256 waveforms (204 additive, 52 PCM), DADSR envelopes, and comprehensive MIDI implementation including SysEx compatibility.

Available for Windows (32/64-bit VST2.4/VST3), Linux (32/64-bit VST2.4/VST3), and Mac OS (64-bit VST2.4/VST3/AU). Supports project state saving and resizable interface.
